Support Her

I see you

I feel you

I hear you

I support you

Hey Queen, let me say it again

I see you

I hear you

I support you

& it will always look like clear & direct communication, nourishment from angles you may have never known, melodies from memories, a big laugh and a groove, tea time & authenticity. Real talk - All the time - because there is no more time - to be rude. There is no more time to hide behind our petty nuances towards one another…& there is no more time to lie about what’s on the heart & mind. So honey child, speak your truth.

Because the people are calling… calling on us to rise up & connect to our highest selves, to our deepest nature, to our intuitive abilities to heal ourselves & the planet… calling on everyone to leave the bullshit behind.

So I ask, will you see one another too? Will you do your best to address what hurts the most so we can all rest? Rest from the hate, the hurt, the lack of ability to trust and uplift, because to be honest, we need this. We need to see each other flourish and watch what that ripple effect can do… we need to see how helping one another, can truly see things through.

I am here to help the women in my life thrive and to instill the true meaning of the word tribe. I do so by creating space for us to come together & have real conversations about what effects ourselves and our communities most. I do so by offering the best of me as a guide and inspiration for those in my life, so that together, we can make our community better.

Will you be apart of my tribe? Will you join me in uplifting one another, healing the aspects of our feminine energy that need to be healed? Will you join me in this incredible growth and evolution of mind/body/spirit?

I’m here for it.

Every 1st Saturday of the month, I host an all women’s day retreat (out door, open air & space to social distance with masks) called Elevate

11 women

Healing together

Growing together

Seeing each other

Hearing each other

Uplifting one another

Authentically

Something shifts within the communities we live in when we come together as women supporting one another.
