For this class you will need the following ingredients:
Half or Whole Organic Chicken
1 package of Organic Ground Turkey
Organic Eggs
Grass-fed Organic Butter or Coconut Oil
Ground Sage (found in a bulk spice section at a health food store)
Almond Flour & Brown Rice Flour
Black Pepper
Himalayan Pink Salt
Coconut Milk (Full Fat! Not “Light”) Field Day Organic has a nice brand, but whatever you can find! Typically in the International/Ethnic Food Section by the Thai food ingredients
