Cooking Lesson: food prep demonstration

For this class you will need the following ingredients:

  • Half or Whole Organic Chicken

  • 1 package of Organic Ground Turkey

  • Organic Eggs

  • Grass-fed Organic Butter or Coconut Oil

  • Ground Sage (found in a bulk spice section at a health food store)

  • Almond Flour & Brown Rice Flour

  • Black Pepper

  • Himalayan Pink Salt

  • Coconut Milk (Full Fat! Not “Light”) Field Day Organic has a nice brand, but whatever you can find! Typically in the International/Ethnic Food Section by the Thai food ingredients

  • Organic Brown Rice

  • Filtered Water
